Every time we started a new project, we ran into the same problem.
Auth0 for authentication. Stripe for payments. Supabase for the database. Mixpanel for analytics. Four accounts, four dashboards, four free plans that eventually turn into four invoices — and weeks of engineering time just to make them talk to each other.
We weren't building products. We were building infrastructure.
And the worst part? Every time we pushed an update, we held our breath. Because somewhere in the chain of webhooks and business logic connecting these tools, something could break. And when it did, it was never obvious where.
We kept solving the same problem over and over
After the third or fourth time rebuilding the same integration stack from scratch, we stopped and asked ourselves a question: why does this have to be this hard?
Auth, payments, and customer data are not edge cases. They are the foundation of every digital product ever built. Every SaaS, every app, every digital business needs exactly these three things to exist. And yet every founder has to figure it out alone, from scratch, with tools that were never designed to work together.
That's not a tooling problem. That's a systems problem. And systems problems need systems solutions.
The insight that changed everything
The real breakthrough wasn't realizing we needed better tools. It was realizing that the problem wasn't the tools themselves — it was that the data lived in four different places.
When your auth tool doesn't know what your payments tool knows, and neither of them knows what your analytics tool knows, you're flying blind. You can see fragments of your business but never the full picture. You know who signed up. You know who paid. But you don't know why — and you can't act on it.
We realized that if all this data lived in one place from the start, everything would change. Not just for setup — for growth. Your marketing team could finally see which channels bring users who actually pay. Your product team could see which features drive upgrades. Your business team could make pricing decisions based on real usage data, not gut feeling.
This is what we built Tiun for.
One system. Built to work together from day one.
Tiun is the commercial backend for founders building digital products. Auth, payments, customer database, and AI-native analytics — all in one fully managed system.
No webhooks to write. No business logic to maintain. No integration code between tools. You install the SDK, set up auth, enable checkout, and you're live. Everything else is automatic.
And because all your data lives in Tiun from day one, you get something no combination of Stripe, Auth0, and Supabase can give you: the full picture of how your business is actually doing — in real time, for every team.
Built by founders, for founders
We built Tiun because we were tired of spending the first weeks of every project rebuilding the same infrastructure. We were tired of maintaining webhooks that break. We were tired of paying for four tools when one should be enough.
If you're a solo founder, a small team, or an indie builder — you shouldn't have to choose between moving fast and having good data. You should be able to do both, from day one.
That's why Tiun exists. And that's why we're not stopping until every founder building a digital product has access to the commercial infrastructure they deserve.
